1. Standard Refund Terms

Products purchased from Hosting Duty may be eligible for a refund if canceled within 30 days of the transaction date.

Important Note
Due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets, these transactions are typically irreversible. Additionally, their values are subject to high volatility and rapid fluctuations. Hosting Duty cannot be held responsible for risks associated with exchange rates or market changes. Therefore, products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Products

The following products and services are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Try Me.
• Fees for domain name redemption or renewals
• Domain name registrations and renewals
• Domain name transfer fees
• SSL Certificates

3. Cancellation Process

If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Hosting Duty account.
• Navigate to the Billing section.
• Select the product or service you wish to cancel.
• Click the Request Refund button and follow the instructions provided.

Please Note: Once a refund request is processed:

• The associated services will be canceled immediately.
• All related data will be permanently deleted
  Ensure you have backed up any important data before initiating a refund request.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. The timeframe for refunds to appear in your account depends on the payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card: 2-7 business days
• Online: 1-7 business days
• Other Payment Methods: 5-15 business days

If the original payment method is unavailable or the purchase was made using a non-refundable method (e.g., cryptocurrencies), the refund will be credited to your Hosting Duty account balance for use on future purchases.
